  1. catiline would've been remembered differently if he had succeeded. He got labelled a traitor for trying to make things better for the people who weren't making all the money. Much the same as today, you question your own govt = you mustn't love your country….When really it's actually the opposite.

  2. Catilina would make a great Hollywood movie. A pervert demagogue who died a glorious death feigning to defend the proletarian. The complexity of the personage would give powerful fodder for a great movie.
